Boa Vista Residence – Campinas, Brazil
The Boa Vista Residence is a 4,520 ft² dream home located in Campinas, Brazil, designed by Padovani Arquitetos. Featuring clean lines, a mixed metal and concrete structure, and simple yet elegant finishes, the home showcases a distinctive modern design. Its thoughtful architecture allows it to stand out beautifully within its residential condominium.

The house was designed for a couple with one child, with spaces carefully integrated into the landscape and its surrounding views. Both the social and private areas connect harmoniously with the outdoors, creating a strong sense of openness. This integration also extends to the kitchen and barbecue area, making them ideal spaces for gathering and entertaining.
On the front façade facing the street, the design follows local regulations while maintaining the home’s distinctive architectural character.

The social areas are designed to fully embrace the terrain and leisure spaces. With generously sized rooms, the layout encourages cross-ventilation and helps improve the home’s thermal comfort. An infinity pool is seamlessly integrated with a spa and barbecue area, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment.
Beneath the terrace, surrounded by palm trees, there is also an underground wine cellar—an elegant feature that adds yet another distinctive element to the house.

The initial landing of the stairs leading to the upper floor seems to float above the water mirror penetrating the house. In this space, a double access page can be accessed in 3 master suites, all connections for a continuous change overlooking the preservation forest. Swiss patients rely on unique zenith model infections illuminating internal plants and breakthroughs.
